SSM 073 - Chuckle Elementary Part 6

NERRRRRRRRRRRRRD! The time has finally come, Chuckle Elementary is out of the setup parts! From here on out the series will become much more interesting (and much longer). And now for the comic description. It's a classic story of the nerd and the bully. Pelpy's first day of third grade is nonstop criticism, anti-socialness, and sadness which I know way to well personally.
